The 7-day free trial is for first-time Pro subscribers only, once per person. It doesn't apply again after cancelling, re-subscribing or switching plans. You add a card securely through Stripe; you won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends. After the trial your plan renews automatically at the price shown (USD) until you cancel. Taxes may apply. Coach sessions, courses and shop items are paid separately and aren't included in Pro.
