Managing your subscription?
Renewals and cancellation are fully self-service in Billing → Manage billing. You never need to contact us to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not offer discretionary refunds for previous subscription periods or unused time remaining after cancellation. This form is for problems with the site, your account, payments or content.
