Cancellation & Refunds

Free trial

Eligible first-time Pro subscribers get one 7-day free trial. You add a payment method at checkout (held by Stripe, not by us). Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged automatically: $12 USD per month or $99 USD per year, plus any tax shown at checkout. One trial per account; it is not offered again after cancelling or switching.

How cancellation works

You can cancel Pro at any time in Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. If you cancel during an eligible seven-day free trial before it renews, no first subscription payment is taken. You never need to contact us to cancel.

Your 14-day cancellation right (UK consumers)

UK consumer law generally gives a 14-day right to cancel online service contracts. How this applies once you have started using the service is subject to legal review and the final wording will be confirmed before launch.

Refunds

You may cancel at any time through Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals. Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Cancel a seven-day trial before its first charge to avoid that payment. We do not offer discretionary refunds for previous subscription periods or unused time remaining after cancellation. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law. If you believe you have such a right, or a payment went wrong, contact support and we will assess it.

Coach sessions and courses

These are separate one-off purchases from independent coaches, not part of Pro. Cancellation and refund terms for them are awaiting admin confirmation.

Shop products

Physical products are sold through the shop's own checkout and its terms.
