1. What MindFocus is
MindFocus AI provides science-informed coaching and education: learning content, self-guided skills practice, AI coaching conversations and access to independent human coaches. It is not a substitute for clinical therapy, medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment, and it is not a crisis service. In an emergency call 999. For urgent mental health help in the UK call NHS 111 (option 2 where available) or Samaritans free on 116 123, any time. Outside the UK, contact your local emergency number.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 18 years old. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. AI coaching
AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not clinical advice. Use your own judgement and seek qualified professional advice for health, legal or financial decisions.
4. Subscriptions and trials
MindFocus AI Pro costs $12/month or $99/year (USD). Eligible first-time subscribers may receive one 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location. Your payment method is stored by Stripe, not by us. See Cancellation & Refunds.
5. Coach sessions, courses and products
Independent coaches set their own prices for sessions and courses. These are separate purchases, not included in Pro. Coaches are independent providers, not employees of MindFocus. Shop products are sold under the shop's own checkout terms.
6. Community
Community posts and Challenges are visible to paid members only. Please don't share health details or other sensitive information there.
7. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, harass others, post unlawful content, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with security.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. The operator's legal name, address and contact email will be added here before launch.
